8-days Fuss Free-Exchange Policy

Unlike others, With Lite Mobile’s 8-day Fuss Free-exchange policy —you get to enjoy your Pre-Owned device for a full 7 days and make your exchange decision on the 8th day, giving you a complete peace of mind -no stress , no hassle!

Coverage
8-Day Fuss Free-Exchange Policy- applies to all used pre-owned devices purchased from Lite Mobile Store / Delivery channel directly within Eight (08) days from date of purchase.
Eligible devices can be exchanged once for another used pre-owned device of the higher or similar value;
Exchange to a brand new device or refunds is not applicable.

1. Eligibility for Exchange
Products may be eligible for exchange within Eight (08) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
1a) All original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are included
1b) It is in its original condition, with no signs of damage, misuse, or tampering
1c) All original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are included
1d) Exchange request is raised and completed in person within 8-day from the date of purchase (example : if you purchased on 1st January , the request should be made and completed in person by end day on the 8th January)
1e) The device should be fully unlocked and cleared of all security measures or linked accounts, such as Apple ID, Google Account, Samsung ID, or any other lock or protection feature.
1f) The device successfully passes Lite Mobile’s in-store inspection to ensure it meets our standards for physical condition, functionality, and completeness, and remains in the same condition as sold—without any new scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
1g) All used device purchased directly from Lite Mobile Store / In-House Delivery will be eligible for the 8-day Fuss Free-Exchange Policy.
1h) For Purchases made through third-party platforms are not covered under this policy and will be subject to the terms and conditions policy of the respective platform.
1i) All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the same model is unavailable, a replacement of similar or higher value / spec may be offered.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
2a) All accessories, whether purchased separately or with the device, are not covered under 8-day Fuss Free-Exchange Policy.

3. Non-Refundable / Reimbursable Fees
3a) All additional accessories or product, whether purchased separately or with the Pre-Owned device, are not covered under 8-day Fuss Free-Exchange Policy.
3b) Delivery fees , 3rd party platform & Payment handling fees , Credit Card handling fees , 3rd party platform vouchers.

4. Exchange Process
4a) Exchange requests can be raised via our Offical WhatsApp hotline (+65 8818 6844) or in person at any of our Lite Mobile Store.
4b) Exchange request completion must be done in person at any of our store.
4c) All exchange request must undergo inspection and approval by our team in store.
4d) Lite Mobile reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests. Requests may be declined if any of the eligibility conditions are not met.
4e) In certain special cases, additional approval may be needed. We’ll make sure to provide the outcome within seven (07) working days of your in-store completion visit.
