- Passcode Access (Recommended): To ensure a smooth repair process, we recommend providing your passcode so our specialists can perform necessary checks before and after the repair.
- No Passcode? No Problem! If you’re uncomfortable sharing your passcode, just inform our staff beforehand. However, this means we can’t fully test your device, and the warranty will only cover replaced parts.
- Strict Privacy Measures: Your passcode is kept confidential and accessed only by authorized Lite Mobile personnel for testing purposes. We do not access your private data.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Any employee violating our privacy protocols will be strictly dealt with.
Mobile Phone Sales – Data Collection Compliance
As required by Singapore’s Secondhand Goods Dealer Act (Section 1(10)), we must collect certain personal details during phone sales transactions, including:
- Full Name
- Identification Number (NRIC, Passport, or Business Registration)
- Address (Residential or Business)
- Nationality & Gender
- Date of Birth (for foreign passport holders)
Why do we collect this information?
This is a legal requirement by the Singapore Police Force for verification and security purposes. Your data is securely stored and never shared with unauthorized third parties.
Original identification must be presented at the time of purchase.
